I have a great way to stimulate the economy, ELIMINATE THE DEA! A budget of $2,345,000,000 for 10,759 employees, that is $217 957.05 per employee! Just think of all those mortgage payments that could be made with that money freed up?!!!
heres a better idea – legalize and heavily tax marijuana. will bring in trillions, wont be any burden on healthcare like alcohol and nicotine since it hasnt bene proven to be unhealthy (certainly not more so that the other vices), can be regulated, and everyones doing it anyway.
I was born and raised in Washington DC, the capital of politics. I have a background in law and finance, and have funded and consulted for various technology-related small businesses. I currently reside in New York city.
I truly enjoy discussing, debating, and thinking about global political and social issues. After many years, I was encouraged to start my own blog so that I could share my ideas at large, and learn from the comments and interactions with the general public.
From an ideological perspective, I would consider myself a moderate-conservative, but often take centrist positions on certain issues.

I would legalize it all. PCP, pot, crack, cocaine, etc… Although, I would not tax too heavily. Then users would not buy as much.
